Update, Goals, and other such stuff
Well, dear readers, the time has come for some serious changes.
Simply put, I am overweight, unhealthy, and tired of both of these things. To this end, I have set a goal. I currently weigh 409lbs. I want to break 300lbs by my 34th birthday. In addition to this, I will be posting updates about my health as well.
On the good news side, I have already started my weight loss campaign, having lost 11lbs in the past three weeks.
So, here are my August goals:
- No deep fried foods of any kind. No french fries, no chips, no fried macaroni (Sorry, Mug and Bun, but it’ll have to wait)
- At least four glasses of water a day.
- Two servings of plants per day, either fruit or vegetable.
- Three meals a day. One snack.
- Park further away from where I need to go than the closest space.
In addition to these health goals, I will also try to write one short story a week. I may post them, or I may try and get them published. We’ll see.
I call these efforts my 34th goals. I will be tagging it as such.
